Failed to write exam

Good day

May you kindly assist, I had scheduled to write my Microsoft security operations on 15 June 2021 unfortunately there was load shedding and my network was not working. Wanted to know if there is anything I can do to write the exam again since that one was part of a challenge completed. Kind regards
