Help me to find my certificate for Navision

Dear All,

About 15 years ago I passed the exams for NAV: Financials and CRM. In meanwhile, I've changed company, now I have another Microsoft account and cannot find my certificates and I need it desperately. :( I tried to recovery my old account (I forgot my old MCP ID), which is: jelena.prodanovi@adacta.co.yu, however, I got the following answer: "We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account je*****@adacta.co.yu. Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership."

My name is Jelena Zivkovic (I changed my surname, previously it was Prodanovic), can you please help me to find those certificates? I don't need old account, just proof that I passed those exams.
