Cerification is not updated on Dashboard

Dear Official,
I appeared for Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam on June 8,2021 and I have passed the exam. Also, I have received marks report along with MCID: XXXXXXXXX. But still, the certification dashboard is not updated and I'm not able to view or download the certificate. I kindly request you to guide me to get the certification ASAP.
