L&G,

I Have a peculiar problem. We need to update enduser machines & the choice of tool is ManageEngine. The problem is we need to go from 1607 build to minimum 20H2 build. However the filesize for the update is a 5GB ISO file. I was wondering if there is any other alternative to this. That is splitting the ISO, or having a progressive update. The issue is to push the 5GB ISO would take a longer time and also cause bandwidth issues. If anyone can help me on this it would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks in advance.

Neil

    Hi, @Neil Desai
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on my experience, you may try to use MDT to accomplish the OS upgrade, here is the step by step guidance for MDT:
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/deployment/deploy-windows-mdt/get-started-with-the-microsoft-deployment-toolkit

And the guidance to perform an in-place upgrade of Windows 10 with MDT:
