Hello Margaret,

This screenshot shows what licenses your organization purchased. What I want to check is that what licensed you are assigned. Sign in with your work or school account at www.office.com/signin Click Settings, and then under My app settings, choose Office 365. On the My account page, choose Subscriptions.

Besides, you can also go to Office 365 admin center -> Users -> Active Users. Click on your account and choose Licenses and Apps. Under apps, select SharePoint Online and wait for a few hours. Double check the problem in Teams mobile again.

Regards,

Rick

    Hello,

I have purchased a Microsoft 365 license recently (3 days ago). I had before the Microsoft school agreement with Office 365.

    Hello WalidAbu-Habda,

Thanks for posting back. I have done more tests on it and I found if I don’t have a SharePoint license, I would be able to see the Files tab in Teams for Android app, while I can see it in Teams desktop client and web app.

To confirm this, please check the 4^th^ point in my first reply and capture a screenshot of what licenses you have. If you don’t have a SharePoint license, please contact your Office 365 admin and assign you one so that you would be able to see the Files tab in Teams for Android.

    Regards,

    Rick

    Hello Margaret,

I understand that you only have Posts and Others tab on your Teams for Android application. Have you checked the Others tab? Please click Others tab and double check whether Files tab is listed there. Besides, please also make sure Teams for Android application is up to date. Then re-sign in to see how it goes.

If the issue persists, I want to collect some information for further check:

    1. A screenshot of the teams interface in Teams for Android app. Please also let me know whether it happens to all the teams.
    2. The version number of Teams app and Android.
    3. Please check whether other colleagues have the same issue on their mobile devices..
    4. Please refer to “What Office 365 business product or licenses do I have?” part in this article, then capture a screenshot of the subscriptions and licenses you have.

    Regards,

    Rick
