Microsoft Teams "Failed to Send" message only when trying to seen screenshots or images

Today we have noticed that anytime we are trying to send screen shots or images we are getting the "Failed to Send" message after several seconds of it trying to send. Is there an know issues at this moment that hasn't been reported?

    We are having the same issue since Aug 10, 2020. We also have tried from multiple computers and have also tried from the Web version of teams, all with the same results.

    Hi - I just got back in the office today and tried again and it's back working. We also tried the web client too and no luck. I'm not sure if it was just a glitch or what, but we are back working this morning.

    I've noticed when trying to share screen captures from PC in Teams chat the message will fail to send.

    The workaround I've found works (but is painfully annoying) is to rename the image, even with the same exact name and it will send.
