A fatal hardware error has occured

Question

Hello,

I was playing Cyberpunk and had to reload. On the loading screen the computer froze, second monitor turned into weird colors and it reset. Never had this problem before. Can you tell what did cause the issue?

Event Viewer reads:

A fatal hardware error has occurred.
