"Reconnecting to server : As soon as the connection is restored, we'll complete your last action"

Within Teams a user is trying to access an excel file the error message: "Reconnecting to server : As soon as the connection is restored, we'll complete your last action" is accruing.  How do we resolve this?

    From the error message, Microsoft Teams is reconnecting to the server, under the circumstance, I recommend you check whether your network is stable, you may change a faster network to test again. Besides, for better using experience, we also recommend you update Microsoft Teams to be latest.
