Not receiving internet on a specific network on my windows 10 account

I can't receive internet on a specific wifi network (wireless) on my account, but I can access internet using that network on other devices. When I connect to that network, it says connected but no internet. I've worked out that it's not a connection-limiting network rule on the wireless access provider's side. I think that it might be a setting on my account that keeps me from accessing that network's internet forced by an administrator account. Is there such a setting, and if so how do I disable it? If there is no setting, what is the possible cause of this?
