Exchange server 2013 and IIS

Question

i have two issues at the same time 1. when accessing the ecp from web domain.com\ecp i get a message ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.

In IIS when i click on the default website and the Exchange Backend i get this message

attempted to read or write protected memory. this is often an indication that other memory is corrupt

are there any insites on the above

Got no idea from Exchange side, do you think question2 leading to question1?
See if you can access OWA/ECP after you solving the IIS issue.

I can get to OWA but not ECP, in IIS this is the error I get when I click on any of the sites and any icons in the sites. see Image

Hi,
I work for Exchange, and I know little about IIS troubleshooting.
Did you meet the error after you enter user's password, or when you open the ECP page?
Please try other URLs like https://ex1.domain.com/ecp/?ExchClientVer=15, or https://localhost/ecp .
Normally we could recreate ECP url with EMS commands:

Remove-ECPVirtualDirectory "ecp (default web site)" New-ECPVirtualDirectory -name "ECP" -WebSiteName "Default Web Site" –InternalURL https://internalURL/ecp

But for your issue, I suppose it might be resolved after you fix Question2 and run IISreset.
