Hi, I use the Teams app on my android phone as a parent for my children's online classes. Since 2 days I'm getting this message "sorry we can't take you to this destination at this time " message when I try to access to assignments  section for only one of the accounts. The other one works fine. I have two accounts on the app, one for each of my kids. What should I do?

Hi. That did not work for me. I did the work-around that you suggest and I am still getting that error message.

    Hi sabafaruqui,

I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.

It looks like there is an intermittent issue to access assignments when you switch between accounts in Android app.

As a workaround, you could logoff and login with another account to continue with your work.

Meanwhile, you could try clearing MS team app cache and try agian. If it still fails, then try reinstalling app and ensure that it is up-to-date.

Please let me know if you need more details on steps mentioned and I will be happy to assist.

    Regards

    Nik

    Hi,

    On Teams mobile app....

    1. Click the three parallel lines in top left of screen
    2. Click settings
    3. Click  data and storage
    4. Click clear temporary files
    5. Click reset database

    That should solve the problem
