Hello all, as per the title description it was allw orking fine until latest days. When I share my full desktop in teams, other people sees a black screen, but sharing a single application works.

I've tried with the web app and it works fine, it's the local installation that is not working.

I've already tried to reinstall Teams and cleared all the cache but issue persist.

Anyone can help me out? it's driving me nuts

Thanks

Carlo

Based on some Googling I found following solution. (It works for me on Fedora 31, Kernel: 5.7.11-100.fc31.x86_64)

    Steps to resolve the problem:

    1. Turn off teams
    2. Install 'xcompmgr':

    sudo dnf install xcompmgr

    1. Run following command to start teams:

    teams && xcompmgr -c -l0 -t0 -r0 -o.00 &

More information about 'xcompmgr' can be found here

I hope this will help someone.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I have solved this issue by the change of graphical processor linked with Teams application.

    Steps:

    Type Teams in Start

Right click on Teams -> open file location

Right Click on Teams Icon -> Set Graphical processor

yea, I'm 200% sure it's a build issue: it was working fine for me till some days ago, then it suddently stopped working

And since with Web App is working, it's not around policy or whatever: someone just messed up with an update.

I hope they will fix it soon
