Based on my research, this prompt information should mean that your admin has deleted your device from the device management portal. To troubleshoot this kind of problem, I recommend you could type “Account” in search box to open your “Manage your account” setting panel, then go to "Access work or school" page to delete your account there, after a while, re-login to Microsoft Teams and view if it succeeds.
If issue persists, please capture screenshot for the problem for further analysis. In addition, as a workaround, you could access Teams Web App to continue your work.
