We have the following scenario:
A colleague from the reception has for a large circle of users calendar "Reviewer" permissions. Not full access permissions.
Recently, the online archives of the calendars of the users of the circle are displayed for the colleague from the reception under "My calendars".
Why are the online archives mapped automatically? Is there no way to access the online archives of colleagues' calendars without automapping? Furthermore, I don't understand why the online archives are automatically mapped with "Reviewer" permissions.
Without the automapping I don't know how to access the Online Archive calendars either. The calendar view of colleagues with many permissions becomes confusing due to this behavior.
My questions:
1.Why are the online archive calenders automapped with reviewer permissions? there are definitly no full access permissions
2. can the online achive (calender) be opened without automapping?

Did you mean:
To my knowledge, only by assigning full access permission would give the user access to the archive mailbox.
Also, automapping only works when assign Full Access permission of the whole mailbox, instead of a single mailbox folder.
May I ask how did you assign the "Reviewer" permission? Did you use Add-mailboxfolderpermission command in EMS?
And have you done some other changes before this issue happen?
If possible, please post a screenshot of the online archive calendar folders under "My calendars".

To 1. the users themselves have assigned the reviewer permissions via Outlook.
To 2. no items were moved to the online archive by the user himself. If so, it was through a retention policy.
He does not have full access rights to the mailboxes.

Since when is it possible to assign full access permissions to individual folders? But as I said, he does not have full access rights. No changes have been made.

According to the screenshots, the permissions all seem correct.
I also tested in my lab but was not able to reproduce the issue.
Can user1 open the online archive calendars successfully? If not, did it return some permission error?
And if possible, could you create a new mailbox and have the users assigning the "Reviewer" permission to it for test?
If the new mailbox doesn't have the same problem, the cause may be the user1's mailbox.
I am writing here to confirm with you how thing going now?

It definitely appears like a larger issue. I have many users in my org having the exact same problem of stale online archive calendars.
After renaming the calendar folder from within the online archive mailbox , we were able to delete these stale Online Archive calendars. But i think it needs to be fixed in upcoming updates from MS.
