My Microsoft Office Home & Student 2019 Suddenly Changed to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019

Question

My Microsoft office originally home & student 2019 by default on my new laptop i purchase at dec 2020
but suddenly it become profesional 2019 and ask me for activation key..

i didnt install any microsoft office products..

can you help me???

To check the information of Microsoft Office product, please search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command in it, click Enter at last:
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

(If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system)
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus

Then you may copy all result or take a screeshot to share with us.

Besides, I need to I confirm that if you remember the Microsoft account that was bound to the license of Office 2019 Home & Student before.
As if needed, we may re-insall the Office Home & Student 2019, but this action need you to log into Services & subscriptions.

i do as instruction and this the result @Emily Hua-MSFT

i remember because this account looks like still login in microsoft professional 2019... but when i log into services & subscription this appear and nothing stated that my account was bound to Office Home & Student 2019

i found out latest installation is microsoft one drive, i'm pretty sure its done automatically as i never touch microsoft one drive
do this activity affect my office?
