My Microsoft office originally home & student 2019 by default on my new laptop i purchase at dec 2020
but suddenly it become profesional 2019 and ask me for activation key..
i didnt install any microsoft office products..
can you help me???

The command result does show the volume license version of office 2019 installed on your computer. Besides, when running the command, there are no other Microsoft Office products on the computer.
According to your description, I could not determin that OneDrive is the cause of your issue, but OneDrive would be installed following the installation of Office 2019 ProPlus generally .
Do you remember that you redeemed the key to activate the pre-installed Offie Home&Student 2019?
If you have done it, the account you currently sign in is wrong, you need to retrieve the correct Microsoft account.
as far as i remember is i didnt redeem any key to activate Office Home&Student 2019. its ready to use when i purchase the laptop
i found out latest installation is microsoft one drive, i'm pretty sure its done automatically as i never touch microsoft one drive
do this activity affect my office?

i remember because this account looks like still login in microsoft professional 2019... but when i log into services & subscription this appear and nothing stated that my account was bound to Office Home & Student 2019
To check the information of Microsoft Office product, please search CMD, right-click the Command Prompt and run as administrator. Then copy and paste the command in it, click Enter at last:
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
(If you are running 32-bit Office on a 64-bit operating system)
cscript.exe "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Office\Office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus
Then you may copy all result or take a screeshot to share with us.
Besides, I need to I confirm that if you remember the Microsoft account that was bound to the license of Office 2019 Home & Student before.
