My Microsoft office originally home & student 2019 by default on my new laptop i purchase at dec 2020
but suddenly it become profesional 2019 and ask me for activation key..
i didnt install any microsoft office products..
can you help me???

as far as i remember is i didnt redeem any key to activate Office Home&Student 2019. its ready to use when i purchase the laptop
Based on my knowledge, to use pre-installed Office 2019 on a new device, the first thing to do is redeem the product key.
According to your description, I would suggest you contact your computer seller to confirm some information. Such as whether this computer provides the chance to use Office Home & Student 2019. Whetther the seller helped you use one account to redeem the key.
If you have indeed redeemed the key, but the license account is forgotten, you may try to contact Microsoft directly, check if they can provide some help.
