I have few licenses for Windows 10 IoT Enterprise 2016 LTSB. Why won't they work when I install Windows 10 version 21H1?

I have an AMD Radeon Pro WX5100 graphic card in my PC that used to work fine until recently when something happened - I believe it was one of Windows updates. Since then, every time I try to re-install the driver for Radeon, it crashes the system with BSOD. Then I tried to upgrade Windows 10 version from 1607 to 21H1, but the current license is not accepted anymore. Do I need a new license now?

LTSB to SAC are two support models. The liense accepted by 1607 can't be accepted by 21h1.

ISO file for Windows 10 version 21H1 build 19043.928 is currently available for download since May 18, 2021.

Hello,
LTSB\LTSC builds require unique keys for each one of their releases. The Keys for LTSB\LTSC do not work on the SAC channel builds.
So you will need a new Product key.

The 1607 runtime keys are tied to 1607. You need new keys for 21H1. Also note that you are moving from LTSB to SAC, which is a different support model.
