Could you please tell me what the difference between Mail.ReadBasic and Mail.ReadBasic.All for Application scope is?

    Althought they're not the same they work the same. The documented one is Mail.ReadBasic.All which is also the one that describes better its scope: Basic read (for) all (mail) messages.
