Hi Buddy,
I'm Nik, an independent advisor here to assist you with this.
May I know if you could sign-in on box to proceed with integration on MS Teams?
What happen when you click in “Sign-in” link on screen?
Regards
Nik

I'm using the Box for Teams integration and when I right-click the Box Filestab at the top and click on Settings, it brings me to this screen (see screenshot) and I can't seem to proceed. Would anyone be able to offer me any advice on how to get past this screen? I'm stuck!
Thanks,
Buddy

Hi Nik,
thank you for your time in advance.
When I click on the "here" link in the screenshot, it just takes me to: https://www.box.com/home
I actually have a company Box account, but there is no option for me to sign in that way which is strange. Any other questions or ways to proceed?
Hi BuddyWong2,
Thanks you for sticking with me on this.
I've looked further and found that there are some steps that your IT administrator to complete to integrate Box with MS Teams.
To integrate Box with your company account, your IT administrator(Microsoft 365 Administrator; Teams service administrator) needs to provide a permission consent on both MS Teams and Box admin portal as described in the following article:

Hi Nik,
I met with the MS Administrator at my company and we went through all of the steps in the article and he confirmed that every step was followed. What's strange is that when he right-clicks on the Box Files tab and clicks on Settings, he is able to select another folder location to save to. I, however, am not and he says that I should have the same permissions in Teams as he does. I also uninstalled Teams and reinstalled and still encounter the same issue (see screenshot from yesterday). Any idea why this is happening? I'm totally stumped...
Thanks,
Buddy
Hi Buddy,
Please check that IT administrator has completed the step "Step One: Give API Consent for Box and Microsoft to share data" and accepted app Admin consent to allow permission in behalf of all the users.
Also, please note after you accept admin consent, it redirects you to Box.com page where Admin should use "Box administrator" account to complete the process.
I believe there is something missing at one of the processes outlined in the deployment document:
