I have an issue with Microsoft Teams where it just keeps loading, and I can't access the assignments.

As you can see in the picture, there are dates on the assignments I can access normally and dates for assignments I can’t access. I've already tried all possible solutions, such as clearing data, logging out and back in, and more. My issue is that I can’t access any activities posted before I joined the team, but I can access activities posted after I became a member. Could it be that I need to be manually added to those assignments by someone who has access?

Dear Ben David B. Senin,

Good day.

After thorough research and consulting, it’s been concluded that the assignments posted before you joined the team not automatically shared with you. It is expected behavior to access activities that were posted after you became a member of the team however to have access to the assignment you need to have permission to the assignment. You need to ask

Create an assignment in Microsoft Teams for Education and assign it to individual or small groups of students in a class. Groups turn in one copy of the assignment that can be graded separately or together. Reference: Create group assignments or assign to individual students - Microsoft Support

Reach out to the owner of the team or the person who posted the assignments. They might need to manually grant you access to the older assignments or to assignments.

We apologize if we are not able to meet your requirements; however, thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will surely raise you concerns to our Product Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. In the meantime, please feel free to post this in our Feedback community by visiting Microsoft Teams · Community as it is a community monitored by our Product team to help improve user experience with Teams, via feedback given by our valuable customers.

Note: However this sentence: "You can see on the pic of the date on the assignment I can normally access and I can't access." do you mean the same assignment you can access on the web but not in the apps if yes let me know We look forward to your reply. We will continue to assist you based on the information you provide. I sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation.SincerelyEben Ezer Tres | Microsoft Community Moderator

Thank you very much for your response. In reply to your note, I tested it on both web and application platforms to confirm that the issue lies with Microsoft Teams and not on my end.
