Microsoft Teams Profile Picture Not Visible to others

Hello,

Our internal employees can see our Teams profile pictures with no problem during our weekly Teams meetings. But when we have Microsoft Teams meetings with clients that our outside of our employees/work organization, they can't see our profile pictures. We can see our co-workers, but noone else can see ours. They just see our initials. Can someone help me understand why others can't see our profile pictures but our company employees can. Does it have anything to do with our clients not having a Teams account?

We've tried some of the options of clearing cookies and cache, but that didn't work.

Any advice?

External users don't have permission to view profiles, so no profile photos. External users only have access to documents, data, and lists. This is a security limitation within Teams.

If you are federated with another organization, the profile photos should show.

Thank you for your quick reply. I am actually the administrator on the account. Is there a way to walk me through the steps on what I need to do or where to go?

Your might have a privacy or compliance policy that restricts the profile pictures from being shown. To change this, you need to contact your IT administrator or organization owner and ask them to modify the policy settings.
