I would recommend contacting Microsoft teams support teams to help check on this issue. this situation might require collecting more advanced logs to user in back-end resources.
you can contact Microsoft teams support team by creating a support ticket through Microsoft Teams admin center or micros soft 365 admin center
- On the bottom right side of the page, select
Help & support or Need Help?.
- Type a question or keyword into the text box. If you get a drop-down list, select the one closest to your question, or continue typing your question, then press Enter.
- If the results don't help, at the bottom, select Contact Support.
