Otter.ai popping up at all the Teams meetings.

Please i need your help on this issue.

By mistake, one of our team members has the Otter.ai popping up at all the Teams meetings.

We checked on the internet, and to block it, one needs to visit https://security.microsoft.com, scroll down to Cloud Apps, and select OAuth Apps.

• Would you mind providing the screenshot which shows the popup you are experiencing?

Hi @A. User, I had the same issue and we found a solution by enabling security verification for anonymous participants on MS Teams admin center Require verification checks to join Teams meetings and webinars in your org - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn

This will prevent AI Bots which are basically join as anonymous users from accessing MS Teams as they will not be able to join the meeting.

Kindly note it may take some time after enabling the settings on meeting policies to reflect.
