Hi all,

This whole ordeal is causing me a large headache, I am looking to deploy a SysPrepped image across multiple devices but keep running into this error.

Windows Version: Windows 10 Education (20H2 Update)

Windows ADK Version: 10.1.19041.1

MDT Version: 6.3.8456.1000

All the boot images have been rebuilt after upgrading, I have created a new Task Sequence for deployment also.

The image I have SysPrepped for deployment has been made in Virtual Box, all software and updates have been installed, decrapified the OS of all Store applications and bloatware, then I captured the image via Sysprep.exe running CMD as administrator with the following command: sysprep.exe /generalize /shutdown /oobe

Here's an image of the error:

https://filestore.community.support.microsoft.com/api/images/0ae8fc45-b03b-4cde-817e-278b8088d9a3?upload=true

It seems to run each task successfully, gets to 100% when installing the OS which is the point where MDT bombs and this error appears.

Here's the BDD.log file.

The dwindling amount of hair on my head would be very grateful for any help regarding this.

Cheers.

From the BDD.log I can see the error: DISM does not support servicing a Windows Vista RTM or earlier operating system.

Wonder if that's the cause?
