PowerPoint Live presentation in Teams gets stuck, can move back but not forward

I have a PPT loaded in PowerPoint Live in Teams. I click forward through five slides, but then clicking the forward arrow does nothing. I can still go back to earlier slides, but not forward. Note that this is not the similar problem where the presenter can see the slides advance but some viewers can't; the slides don't advance for myself or the viewers.

    Hi John Kroll,

Greetings. Thank you for posting the thread to our community.

I understand your concern, it seems you cannot move your Live Presentation forward in Teams. For the situation you’ve encountered, I do understand the inconvenience caused and feel very sorry about it.

After my test, I’m afraid and sorry to say that this issue isn’t happening on my side. Due to this situation, I’m afraid this is a temporarily server-side issue needs to be investigated from back end to find the cause. **The support team has higher permission to remotely assist you and collect background logs for the root cause.**This is a more efficient way in handling this case for you.
