"We couldn't complete that action" when creating a new Team

I have a user that is getting this error when trying to create a new Team in the Teams beta version. I was having it as well until I cleared my cache. Unfortunately, the same fix did not work for them. Any ideas?

    I tried using the web version to create the team but I didn't have any luck.

    My work-around - create a site in SharePoint and add Teams to the site. A bit more admin but it works. Still pity you cant make a team in Teams.

    UPDATE: Also found if I went through Admin (Admin>Teams) I could open a new team

    Same issue here. I found I was able to create a new team using the web based client (https://teams.microsoft.com/v2/) but not in the desktop cllient.

    I, myself sent a feedback regarding this matter. I appreciate you Chris in performing the suggested work arounds. For now, use the Mobile version of the New Teams. Let's hope they give an update as soon as possible on the New Teams desktop version.
