Based on your description, I understand that you are having issues with clicking the Reading tab in the Insights section.
To better understand and narrow down the issue, please help share more details on this issue by answering below questions. Thanks in advance.
- May I know what the error message you get when click on Reading Tab (You can share a screenshot)?
- Have you tried reproducing the issue in Teams web client and with different browsers?
- Are all other Tabs in the Insights section working as expected?
- Is this issue affecting all classes and all teachers, or is it one class in particular and yourself only?
Just to confirm, are you able to create a Reading Progress (Getting started with Reading Progress in Teams - Microsoft Support), but you cannot see it insights data under reading tab?
Please try to reproduce the issue in Incognito/ InPrivate tab and confirm if the issue persists?
- In Microsoft Edge, select ... (Top right corner) > New InPrivate window. Go to https://teams.microsoft.com/v2/ and try to reproduce the issue.
