Why can't I click on the Reading tab within the Insights section to view my students' progress in Reading Progress?

    Based on your description, I understand that you are having issues with clicking the Reading tab in the Insights section.

    To better understand and narrow down the issue, please help share more details on this issue by answering below questions. Thanks in advance. 

    1. May I know what the error message you get when click on Reading Tab (You can share a screenshot)?
    2. Have you tried reproducing the issue in Teams web client and with different browsers?
    3. Are all other Tabs in the Insights section working as expected?
    4. Is this issue affecting all classes and all teachers, or is it one class in particular and yourself only?

    Just to confirm, are you able to create a Reading Progress (Getting started with Reading Progress in Teams - Microsoft Support), but you cannot see it insights data under reading tab?

    Please try to reproduce the issue in Incognito/ InPrivate tab and confirm if the issue persists?

    Thank you for offering more clarification on this issue. I can see that the reading Tab is greyed out, hence it cannot be clicked.

    Are you getting the same behavior on Teams web client and within different browsers Incognito/ InPrivate windows?

    If the issue is occurring on Teams web, then there might be a configuration/ permission issue for that particular class, I highly recommend contacting Microsoft technical support team.

    Microsoft's back-end support team can inspect the advanced logs and investigate the cause of this issue from the back end.

    Many thanks for the prompt reply. I am facing this issue with only one class and there is no error message displayed. I have attached a screenshot of the issue.
