I'm trying to make an app available to our entire organization. I've ensured the app (SolarWinds Service Desk) is allowed in manage apps, I've also ensured that the app permissions allow third-party apps. specifically this one.

I've tried to add this application as a user and it gives an error message that the app cannot be found. Before altering these settings i was able to search and request this app. Now that these settings have been put in place it gives this error message.

This is not an internal IT support issue. It is happening to multiple users in different organisations, with both Microsoft and 3rd Party apps. Can this be elevated? It is a particularly debilitating error, given it prevents users performing their roles.

    Hi Habib,

The issue did resolve itself and I was able to view the app within Teams as desired. However, I don't believe there was any change at our end. I reported it to the app developer and they said it was probably because I was only on a trial licence, however within a few days it worked properly, and I was still on a trial licence.

So, apologies I can't offer a remedy, but only confirm that it was a temporary problem.

    Regards

    Robert

    Thanks for your reply!

It's possible that there is a delay between making the app available in your organization's settings and it actually being searchable and available to add. Wait for a few hours and then try searching for and adding the app again

Hello Bryanna, this is Suganya. I'm happy to assist you.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing this issue, and I will try my best to resolve your issue

Check the app availability: Verify that the app is actually available in your region or country. Some apps may not be available in all regions, and if this is the case, you won't be able to add the app to your organization.

Contact the app provider: If you've confirmed that the app is available and allowed in your organization, reach out to the app provider for assistance. They may have specific instructions or requirements for adding their app to your organization.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact your organization's IT support team for further assistance.

    Regards

    Suganya
