Unable to Access My Account – Error 2605

Dear Support Team,

I’ve been unable to access my Teams account for over a week now. When I try to log in, I first enter my email address, then it redirects me back to the email page. After that, I enter my password, but I keep getting an error message: 2605. I’ve tried this many times (at least 100 attempts), but nothing works.

I had the same issue last week and eventually gave up, but today I really need to log in for my classes and still cannot access the account.

Could you please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible?

Thank you in advance
