May I please know a results from your site after trying our suggestion? In case it does not help at all, please let me know so we can action to support you immediately.
With all my understanding for Teams issue, as the issue still persists with both Teams desktop app and Teams web, need a support from Technical Engineer for further assistance. Please kindly raise a support ticket from the Microsoft 365 admin center, where the related team can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem.
If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.

If the ticket has already created but no response from team, please let me know so I will help you to check it further.
