MS Teams - Insights app - Report export failed

Hi,

Trying to export an Excel report of digital activity within the 'Insights' app in Non-'Class' Teams type.

This message shows: "Report export failed. Try to set a shorter timeframe or try again later." (NB: the message still shows even with a shorter timeframe)

Any advice/help will be appreciated!

    Thank you so much for your kind reply

    The function is working fine with Class Template (type), but it doesn't work with non-class type, even it is there!

    Thanks for the details you provided. I tried them all and still no joy!

    I'm Amro, an Independent advisor and a fellow Microsoft customer. I’m happy to look into this for you.
    Please check the following steps:

    > Update MS Teams:

    >> Please try to export an Excel report with Teams Web App: https://teams.microsoft.com

    >>> Clear Teams Caches:

    1. Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
    2. Cut and paste %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams into File Explorer.
    3. Delete the contents of the entire folder.
    4. Restart Microsoft Teams.

    I also recommend to try with a different network and device to confirm if issue is related with specific network and device client.
