How to connect to workplace servers using Azure VM as laptop or Desktop with Cisco AnyConnect?

I created Virtual Machine (Win10) to use like my laptop/Desktop in Azure. I successfully installed Cisco AnyConnect VPN. When I tried to connect to my work place, not able to do that with the following errors: where as I am able to connect from my physical laptop

When I try to connect one group it failed with error "Login denied. The device fails to meet the criteria set for remote VPN connection "

When I try to connect another group it failed with the errors "VPN establishment capability for a remote use is disabled. A VPN connection will not be established" and "AnyConnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connecting again. "

Really I am very upset with this and is there any fix or work around for this to connect to my work place from the VM in Azure? Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

There is restriction from Azure to block outbound connectivity to any VPN by default. If you have any outbound NSG rules defined to block the traffic, then make sure you allow outbound traffic to Internet.

It seems like an issue with the Cisco Anyconnect config rather than an issue with the Azure VM. Can you take a look at this thread which is posted on Cisco community with the same issue that you have posted.
