As per title really, is there somewhere I can raise the issue of only being able to have a Shift duration up-to 24 hours.

We use Shifts to manage our on call system, where on call periods are often several days at a time.

    Dear Nick_425,

    Good day.

After thorough research, testing from my end and consulting, it’s been concluded that currently, Microsoft Teams Shifts limits shift durations to a maximum of 24 hours (day).

We apologize if we are not able to meet your requirements; however, thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will surely raise you concerns to our Product Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates. When the issue is related to the feature/design we will have no power when it comes to this as this is handled by the developers of the program. In the meantime, please feel free to post this in our Feedback community by visiting Microsoft Teams · Community as it is a community monitored by our Product team to help improve user experience with Teams, via feedback given by our valuable customers.

Note : i will try to check if i can find any workaround on this and get back to you. But please post this in our feedback community for our developer team

For other concerns, please do not hesitate to add you post in the Microsoft Community Team. Thank you for choosing Microsoft as your partner in business.SincerelyEben Ezer Tres | Microsoft Community Moderator
