What to provide in LastName field, if i don't have one?

Hello Team,

I was creating my certification profile, and in the process of doing so, I got stuck in the LastName field.

I don't have any lastname in all of my legal identity cards (Aadhar Card, Passport, Pan Card, etc). Only my first name is registered everywhere.

What should I enter while creating my profile for microsoft certification, so as to avoid any problems.

My firstname is : Utkarsh

I have tried creating my profile with LastName as '.' and '_', but nothing seems to work, and i keep getting error - 90030303: Invalid legal last name.

Please provide instructions as how to proceed with my profile creation, as i want to register for a certification asap.
