How to add Display name(Sender ID) while sending SMS to US Phone number.

ACS does not currently support this feature but it is on our roadmap. We don't have a sharable ETA at this time.

Currently, phone number availability is currently restricted to paid Azure subscriptions that have a billing address in the United States and Communication Services resources that have a US data location. Phone numbers cannot be acquired on trial accounts or using Azure free credits. Is your billing address based in the United States?

Also, you can only purchase one phone per tenant. To purchase more than one phone number you will need to complete this form and email it to acstnrequest@microsoft.com with a subject line beginning with "ACS Number Request"

I see. The [quick start URL][1] only mentioned of an "Azure Account". I guess they didn't specify it couldn't be a MSDN account credits.

Prerequisites
An Azure account with an active subscription.
