Loop Component in GROUP CHAT requests login for others

I have setup a loop component in an GROUP CHAT and I am getting emails in outlook about access to my OneDrive and to respond accept or decline for each member to access the loop component.

They are all internal members of my organisation.

Why would it ask for login? Will I have to do this for each new loop component?

Hi Robby,  Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

Hello! It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with the Loop component in a Group Chat in Microsoft Teams.

Regarding the login request for others, it is possible that the Loop component is requesting access to resources that require authentication, such as OneDrive. This is a security measure to ensure that only authorized users have access to the resources.

As for whether you will have to do this for each new Loop component, it depends on the specific permissions and settings of each component. Some components may require authentication for each user, while others may only require it once.

To troubleshoot this issue, you can try checking the permissions and settings of the Loop component, as well as ensuring that all users have the necessary permissions to access the resources. You can also reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

To do this please follow the steps on this articles under the title: " Settings management in the Microsoft Admin Center".
