Update stuck at "downloading Office updates"

Currently running Version 1908 (11916.20000 CTR).

Can't update.

When I try to update (click yellow shaded area after fresh reboot), nothing happens.

After closing the 2 or 3 click to run processes, it starts to download, then just hangs on Downloading Office updates...

    It appears that you may have started updating right in-between an older build being replaced by a newer one, which just happened in the 12 hours or so. Give it a little time and try again. The new build is still in roll-out, and isn't 100% available yet which may have caused the trouble.

    is 1908 11929.20002 the latest?

    That installed after two hours.

    Yes, that is the most recent available build.
