Loop Workspace - What happened to the workspace if creator of the workspace left the organization ?

Hi All,

Say when "User A" created a workspace and being use across the organization (e.g. Knowledgebase), after sometime "User A" left the organization and the account will be terminated. What happen to the workspace?

Based on your query, you wanted to know what will happen on the workspace created by someone and leave the organization. Let us check and see and make sure that we will provide enough information related to your concern.

The Loop app is designed for shared workspaces and personal workspaces. Shared workspaces are backed by a roster and continue to exist even if someone leaves the company. However, if the creator of the workspace is the person who left the company, then others can't delete the workspace.

Personal workspaces are also backed by a roster, but there's only one person in them by design. When a user leaves a company, their personal workspaces become "ownerless".
