Hello Linda,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
I understand that you have troubles with loop components. Just to set your expectations, we have limited tools to check your account, subscription, and service details in the community.
Before we proceed any further, we would like to set your proper expectation that Microsoft Loop is still in public preview and users may experience known and new issues. During this preview, we will need your feedback to help us improve your experience.
Let me ask you this:
- I'd like to know what @domain and who hosts your email account. Example @domains: Gmail.com, Yahoo.com Outlook.com/Hotmail.com
- Can I find out if the account is for work/school use or personal use (Hotmail/Outlook.com)?
- For me to confirm are you trying to insert an existing Loop component into an outlook item?
While waiting for your response, You can check on the following:
You can copy a link to a Loop component and paste it into a chat. However, the content of the Loop component may not show up in the chat. To insert an existing Loop component into an Outlook item, follow these steps:
- In the upper right corner of the Loop component, select the Copy link icon.
- Go to the destination and paste via CTRL+V or the right-click menu.
- To paste only the link, select Insert link on the Insert tab.
If still having troubles then I highly suggest to provide feedback to our development team:
Please do let me know for further concerns.
