    Hi LAPIRA,

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

I understand that you want to create a meeting template with a loop component and install it as a default. Just a heads up that in regards to this kind of issue, our option is limited and we can only perform basic troubleshooting steps.

I found a Thread on the Microsoft Community forum that suggests that it is not feasible to create a meeting request template that can be used in both Outlook desktop client and Outlook web APP and also automatically apply this template when all users create a meeting request.

However, as a workaround, you can ask all users to save the meeting request email they received as Outlook Template in their computer and then use this template when creating meeting request.

    1. Save template: double-click on the meeting request email and go to FileSave as > Outlook Template.
    2. Create meeting request based on the template: in Outlook desktop client, click New Items > More Items > Choose FromUser Templates in File System.

I also found some Article that might help you create a loop template for better online collaboration. You can customize the template to your specific project and add content, blocks, @ mentions, pages, to-do lists, and more. You can also invite others to collaborate on the template.

If you want to use the Planner component in Loop, you can sign in to the Planner app, select a plan, copy the URL from your browser’s address bar or select More, then select Copy link to plan. You can then open the Loop app, select a page, and paste the link to your plan. Free Microsoft Loop templates for better online collaboration | Microsoft Create.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
