I've got 2 Windows 10 PCs and 1 Windows 11 laptop. Everything is updated. My issue is that I can't see the Microsoft 365 Insider when I open an app y my laptop while I have that option in my PCs. I always log in with the same account. Please, could you give me a hand with this?

    Hi Manu Pérez1

Thank you for using Microsoft products and posting them to the community.

I understand that you are experiencing Microsoft 365 issues.

Here are some ways you can go about it

    1. It can also be caused by wrong credentials. You can try to clear the credentials of the laptop.

    Turn off all Microsoft software

Open Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager, select Windows Credentials ‘Find the credentials associated with OneDrive and window and delete them.

Unlink the OneDrive account: Click on the OneDrive icon in the taskbar, select ‘Help and Settings’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Accounts’ > ‘Unlink this computer’

Uninstall OneDrive: Open the Settings app (press Win + I), select ‘Apps’ > ‘Installed apps’ and find ‘Microsoft OneDrive’ in the list of apps. Find ‘Microsoft OneDrive’ in the list of apps, click and select ‘Uninstall’.

Delete the OneDrive folder: In File Manager, go to C:\users<username>, if you see the OneDrive folder for that account, delete it!

Delete the OneDrive account via Registry Editor: Open Registry Editor and go to

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace.

Find the corresponding OneDrive account through the accounts shown in the Data column and delete the corresponding registry value.

    Log in again.

Disclaimer: Generally, modifying registry subkeys or work group is intended for advanced users, administrators, and IT Professionals. It can help fix some problems, however, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For further protection, back up the registry before you modify it.

    1. There is also a possibility that the version of Micromax 365 on your laptop is not the latest version, you can try to update the software to eliminate the error.

Open any word or excel file, click ‘File’ >> ‘Account’ >> ‘Updates option’ to update it.

3.Repair using Control Panel: Open ‘Control Panel’, select ‘Programmes and Features’, find Microsoft 365, click ‘Change’, and then select ‘Quick Fix’ or “Online Fix”.

A quick fix usually resolves most issues, while an online fix downloads and reinstalls the latest version of Microsoft 365.

4.You also can try logging out of your current account and logging back into the software.

Please feel free to post if there is any progress on your issue!

    Sincere greetings.
