I'm attempting to download the newest Microsoft Visual Studio (64x) so that I can fix another problem with installing the program OBS. The VS installer is asking about a file called riched20.ddl, which I have downloaded to replace the broken file, but it's in system 32. How do I install Microsoft Visual Studio, or where can I get the previous version (pre-2022)?
