anonymous userLarbey-8002,
Do you sync a SharePoint document library to OneDrive, then pin the onedrive folder to Quick Access?
If it is true, click the OneDrive icon in your pc,click settings>select Choose folders under Account tab to check if all files are chosen:
If this is not feasible for you, please feel free to reply.

Hi Julie
Thanks very much for replying. Your instructions were very good (easy to follow).
I did exactly what you said and I can see all the folders and sub folders ticked. I can also see the 'Files in....' ticked as well. There is also a 'make all files available' box which is also ticked.
However it is still the same. On the Onedrive in the Quick Access ladder I can only access the folders and not the files inside them.
This computer is owned by my organisation. Do you think they will have put some firewalls or restrictions on this?
Thanks
Robert
