How to read content of webpart using PnP PowerShell

Hi Team,

I have some pages in site pages and wppages on SharePoint 2013. In this there are some content editor content like NWA webpart.

I just wanted to read the content of that webpart and create Content Editor webpart on SharePoint online.

There are multiple webpartes on single page. How to read content from webpart of pages.
