Can't Schedule Exam - Candidate Not Found

I'm trying to schedule my AZ-900 and AI-900 with my 100% discount code that I got from Microsoft Virtual Training Days 3 months ago, but I can't schedule it because it seems like I can't be found in your database. Could you please verifiy this issue? I want to do this exam for a long time now , but still no luck.

Here's the information that the page that i'm being redirected is saying :

"Your Dashboard

We can’t access your Microsoft profile to schedule your exam. To resolve the issue, try these steps in this order and return to the exam page to schedule the exam:
Use Internet Explorer (version 9 or above) or Edge
Clear all cache and cookies
Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge
If the issue persists, you can contact Pearson VUE Support to schedule the exam. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum."
