Microsoft learning dashboard is not showing my certificate after 4 work days of passing the exam.

Question

Hi,
I am looking for help on obtaining my certificate either through the dashboard or email. Its 4 days after passing the exam. The dashboard still is showing congratulation message and transcript without the certificate. Looking for help on this.
