Hi everyone,

3month ago i created azure free acc which gives you
12 months of popular free services+€170 credit to explore Azure for 30 days + Always free
I start using VM and now after 3months they sent me an invoice that i need to pay +400$

can someone explain and help me ?

Hi

This is because the 12 months free has a usage cap you can use for each month. if you exceeded that cap Azure charged from your card. Please refer below for more details.

When I log in to the Azure portal, I can't see any subscriptions
Here is the situation

1. If you go to azure admin screen you will see the attached message
2. If I continue I get the error again
3. You will be logged out if you cancel

Please tell me a workaround
