How can i connect to a remote computers namedpipe?

i am creating a chat app, based on namedpipes, i am using linux for the client, and win for the server, like socket programming, i have to put IP to remote host and port to connect, but could not find resource.

i am using python for this, and using win apis to do it.

    This forum is about the Small Basic language. You use all sorts of program languaged, but not Small Basic.
