Adding or removing mobile devices from Outlook.com

I cannot load the "Mobile Devices" page in the options menu.  It initially loaded but  when I tried to delete a device, it froze and I can no longer get into the mobile device page. When I try to load the page, I get an error message that says the page failed to load and try again.

    Since there is no issue after you ran the system file checker tool. We notice the main issue are, its either your account or connect to your network.

    To isolate the issue, we suggest you to try to connect to another network.

    Thanks.  I ran the system file checker as described but it returned the message saying it did not find and integrity problems.  I hope you have more suggestions.  Thanks and looking forward to your continued help.

    For us to check what's causing the issue, we suggest to run this article: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted files. It contains troubleshooting steps pertaining to the issue. It will allow users to scan for corruptions in Windows system files and also restore corrupted files.

    Thanks for the reply.

    using IE 11 on a Dell XPS8500 running Windows 7.  The IE version # is 11.0.9.9600.18837 with update version 11.0.48(KB4047206).  I also used Google Chrome to log into Outlook.com and the results were the same as with IE.  That is the error message that says the Mobile Device screen load failed, try again.

    Prior to the failures, I was able to get into that screen several times.  The icons for delete device and add (I think that was the icon) seemed obscured as though they were not active.  When I tried to delete my device, the screen froze and I have been locked out since.
