How do you sync Mac contacts and calendar with Outlook 365?

Question

How can I sync my iOS/Mac contacts and calendar with Outlook 365.

I'd love to use outlook, however it is useless with no contacts or calendar.

I totally understand how convenience  it will be if Outlook can auto sync contacts from your Mac/iOS and also, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience above workaround may bring to you. 

Meanwhile, since many users have voted for this feature, I notice the status of this feature in the UserVoice forum is under review, which means that our related team has realized this issue and working on it, however there is no ETA to implement it. You can keep on monitoring the UserVoice forum and if we have any updates about this feature, our related team will update there too.

Greetings. According to the article that MarcosAraujo2 provided above, it is not feasible for Outlook 2016 for Mac to sync Mac/iCloud contacts.
